At Base-Wraps.com, every product is custom-made to order. Because our items are produced specifically for each client’s unique requirements, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once a print proof has been approved.
We encourage customers to carefully review all order details, artwork, specifications, and measurements before confirming a purchase. If you have any questions prior to ordering, please contact our team — we’re here to help ensure accuracy before production begins.
Damaged or Defective Items
While returns are not accepted, if your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We may request photos and additional details so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Eligible cases will be addressed with a replacement or appropriate remedy at our discretion.
